Before tour cancellations

• More than 15 days before: Full refund (excluding service tax by payment gateways).

• 7 to 15 days before: 100% refund.

• 72 hours before booking date- 50% refundable

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is permitted only within 45 days from the date of cancellation and is subject to availability during the active camping season. The rescheduled date must fall within this 45-day period. Rescheduling is not permitted beyond this period.

Cancellations by Us

• In case of bad weather, government restrictions, or low bookings, we offer a full refund or free reschedule.​

• In case if any trip gets cancel during the tour due to any unlikely event or emergency, Tent-it will offer a alternate tour or refund 90% of the total paid amount by the camper.

Refunds

• Processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method, our team will co-ordinate to transfer the amount.
