Before tour cancellations

• More than 15 days before: Full refund (excluding GST and any other service tax by payment gateways).

• 7 to 15 days before: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before or no-show: No refund.

Rescheduling

• More than 15 days before: One-time reschedule free.

• 7 to 15 days before: 20% rescheduling fee

• Less than 7 days before: No rescheduling.

Cancellations by Us

• In case of bad weather, government restrictions, or low bookings, we offer a full refund or free reschedule.​

• In case if any trip gets cancel during the tour due to any unlikely event or emergency, Tent-it will offer a alternate tour or refund 90% of the total paid amount by the camper.

Refunds

• Processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method, our team will co-ordinate to transfer the amount.
