Carry back all waste and dispose of it responsibly in designated bins.

some of our tour includes Zoo tours, please follow the rules given by zoo keeper and camp-mates.

All waste must go to the bins provided by Tent-it, do not throw any litter on the campground and forest.

Fire Safety

Light campfires only in designated areas and fully extinguish them before leaving.

Do not pick plants, flowers or disturb natural formations.

Behavior Policy for Campers

Respect for Nature:

Avoid littering, keep noise levels low, and do not disturb wildlife. Use eco-friendly products and dispose of waste responsibly.

Do not pluck flowers, damage trees, or harm any plants or animals.
-
Campfires will be allowed only in designated areas suggested by Campmates and must be completely extinguished after use.

Do not litter or pollute water sources like rivers and lakes; use designated wash areas.
-
Smoking and alcohol consumption should be limited to designated areas and should not disturb others.
Interaction with Local Communities:

Be courteous to Kumaoni people, seek permission for photographs, respect local traditions, and support businesses responsibly.

Always seek permission before taking photographs or videos of local people or their property.
-
Avoid discussing sensitive topics like politics or religion that may cause discomfort.
Conduct Towards Fellow Campers:

Maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude towards all campers.
-
Avoid using offensive language or engaging in arguments or fights.
-
Respect personal space—do not intrude into others' tents or belongings without permission.

Follow the group schedule and be punctual for activities to ensure smooth experiences for everyone.

If sharing camping resources, such as bonfires or dining areas, be considerate and allow space for all.

Keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (11:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

If any conflict arises, seek guidance from the camp leader instead of engaging in disputes. Tent-it has full authority to dismiss any individuals from the campsites and tour involved in any conflicts.
Safety and Responsibility:

Follow all safety instructions provided by the camp guides.

Wearing life jackets and using floating devices is mandatory for water activities or near rivers. Avoid swimming or diving in deep waters, and always check with your campmates before venturing into such areas.

Stay within designated trails and camping areas—do not wander off alone.

In case of emergencies, cooperate with Tent-it team and follow evacuation procedures if necessary.

Consumption of drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. any findings related to illegal substances may lead to legal action.

Any violation of the behavior policy may result in expulsion from the camp without a refund.
